How to complain<\/strong><\/h4>

If you are dissatisfied with the advice you have received from our financial and debt advice service, you can submit a complaint via the contact form. HERE<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>

Who can complain?<\/strong><\/h4>
Anyone who has been in contact with Danish People's Aid's financial and debt counseling service can submit a complaint.\u00a0<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
We encourage you to tell us immediately if you have had a bad experience with our advice. This way we can respond quickly and you can benefit from the advice in the future.\u00a0<\/div>

What can I complain about?<\/strong><\/h4>
For example, you can complain about:<\/div>
  • If you have experienced inadequate advice.<\/div><\/li>
  • If you have experienced unintended behavior from the volunteer counselor.<\/div><\/li>
  • If you have specific experiences with one or more counseling sessions that do not live up to what we promise in our brochures and website.\u00a0<\/div><\/li><\/ul>

    What can't I complain about?<\/strong><\/h4>
    You cannot complain about practical matters such as location, catering or waiting times.<\/div>
