Any Danish People’s Aid Action Plan takes its starting point in the core skills within first aid, voluntary social work and international engagement.

The Annual General Meeting serves as the highest authority within the organization. The 10 member Board elected by members of Danish People’s Aid provides strategic oversight between annual meetings. whereas the Secretary General oversees the day-to-day management.

Boards of Local branches is similarly chosen by the local members and this takes place at an annual general assembly.
