Danish People's Aid trains first aid instructors who work in private and public schools, larger companies with their own internal first aid response, technical schools, social welfare schools and the like, as well as driving instructors with their own driving school.
As a first aid instructor during Danish First Aid Council You can teach all first aid courses and issue course certificates approved by the Danish First Aid Council.

After completing your education, you must be licensed through an organization under the Danish First Aid Council in order to issue valid first aid certificates. At Danish First Aid, this license costs DKK 1,000, but the current calendar year is paid for through the course fee. If you become a member of one of Danish First Aid's departments, you will receive the license free of charge.

Questions & Answers...
How long does the training take?
The training takes ten working days – i.e. Monday to Friday for two weeks, with a break in the weekend in between. The training is taken as a boarding course with overnight accommodation at the course location. The training concludes with an exam in the presence of an examiner from the Danish First Aid Council. After passing the exam, you can be included on the Danish First Aid Council's list of approved instructors in Denmark.

Can I cancel?
- If cancelled no later than 42 days before the start of the course, no course fee will be charged.
- If cancelled no later than 21 days before the start of the course, 50 DKK of the course fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later than 21 days before the start of the course, the full course fee will be charged.
entry requirements
You must have a 12-hour first aid course called "First Aid with Special Responsibilities", as well as a basic adult education course or equivalent qualification. In some cases, credit may be given.
