As a first aid instructor under the Danish First Aid Council, you must maintain your instructor training every five years. The course costs DKK 2,995 and includes lunch. 

Content of the training

• Welcome and presentation
• Quality CPR, practical exercises
• Course participant as instructor, including conversion of competency objectives into practical teaching
• Professional update

Important information about preparing for the course:

Before the training, the participant must have prepared a lesson with participant activity and participant practice in one of a number of predefined training plans, and bring a lesson plan for the lesson in two copies (one for the teacher), as there is no possibility of printing at the course location. Props to be used in the planned lesson must be brought by the individual participant.

Note: The participant must demonstrate CPR on the day. Unfortunately, exemptions cannot be granted due to illness or other reasons.

The above requirements must be met in order to complete the recertification training.
