TAKE A FREE COURSE and become a runner at heart

You do not need to have taken a first aid course to become a heart runner, but here you have the opportunity to take the course completely free of charge. You can also use the course to refresh your first aid knowledge. Please note that it is not a requirement to become a heart runner after the course, but we naturally encourage you to do so. The course is sponsored by the Region of Southern Denmark.

The course lasts 4 hours and teaches the Danish First Aid Council's "First Aid in Cardiac Arrest".

Practical

Note, Please note that there is no catering during the course, but you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Also remember to wear practical clothing, as the course includes mandatory exercises that take place on the floor.

Before the course starts, you will receive an email with information about whether the course will be held or canceled.

You are welcome to contact Danish People's Aid on tel. 70 220 230 or forstehj@folkehjaelp.dk.
