How to complain
If you are dissatisfied with the advice you have received from our financial and debt advice service, you can submit a complaint via the contact form. HERE.
Who can complain?
Anyone who has been in contact with Danish People's Aid's financial and debt counseling service can submit a complaint.
We encourage you to tell us immediately if you have had a bad experience with our advice. This way we can respond quickly and you can benefit from the advice in the future.
What can I complain about?
For example, you can complain about:
- If you have experienced inadequate advice.
- If you have experienced unintended behavior from the volunteer counselor.
- If you have specific experiences with one or more counseling sessions that do not live up to what we promise in our brochures and website.
What can't I complain about?
You cannot complain about practical matters such as location, catering or waiting times.
You cannot appeal against decisions made by the court or public authorities. Danish People's Aid cannot be held responsible for this.
