Danish People's Aid is looking for an experienced first aid instructor who will play a central role in the continued development and professionalization of our first aid area. We are in the process of an ambitious modernization of our teaching and services, and we are therefore looking for a profile that both masters teaching and has solid experience in driving development and change processes.
The position combines teaching with project management, quality development and implementation of new concepts, workflows and teaching methods.
Your primary tasks
- Hold first aid courses for volunteers, individuals and companies
- Lead and run development projects in the first aid field
- Plan, structure and implement new teaching concepts
- Ensure high professional quality and continuous further development of materials and methods
- Create coherence between strategy, practice and daily teaching
We are looking for you, who
- Is a certified first aid instructor – perhaps an instructor trainer
- Has documented experience with project management and development processes
- Has strong skills in planning, structure and change management
- Thrives in taking responsibility for both progress and quality
- Has solid teaching experience and strong communication skills
- Works independently, analytically and development-oriented
