Conditions for donation

These conditions apply to all donations made on the website, via MobilePay and under the web domain folkehjaelp.dk or Dansk Folkehjælp's social media.

For card donations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal by contacting post@folkehjaelp.dk.

The following cards are accepted:
Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Diners Club, MasterCard, MaestroCard

Payment by credit card
Payment is made online via a NETS/PBS certified gateway with encryption key. Personal information including bank details is encrypted.

Misuse of payment cards
If folkehjaelp.dk suspects misuse of a payment card, TELLER/PBS will be contacted immediately.

If an email address is provided on the donation form, a receipt will be sent to this address immediately after the donation.

The personal data you provide to Danish People's Aid is treated confidentially. Danish People's Aid does not use your information or pass it on to third parties without your consent. However, we will send information about your donations to the Danish Tax Authorities, as we are legally obliged to do, if you choose to have your donation passed on to the Danish Tax Authorities and the form is filled out correctly.

When you fill in and submit your information, you also give your consent that Danish People's Aid may store and process your information for use in connection with your support and to contact you with other offers from Danish People's Aid. Receipt
The gift giver will receive a receipt via email upon single payment and upon creation of a fixed payment agreement.

Purchase and responsibility
If the donor has provided his/her CPR number to Danish People's Aid for the purpose of tax deduction according to current regulations, Danish People's Aid will ensure that the total donated amount is reported to SKAT. In addition, there is no consideration from Danish People's Aid to the donor, and the donor has no obligations based on the donation.

Renewal
When entering into a permanent gift agreement, Danish People's Aid is permitted to contact the donor by email and telephone with a view to renewing the subscription if the account is closed.

Termination
If the donor wishes to terminate their standing gift agreement, this can be done by contacting Danish People's Aid by email or telephone. As long as the termination request is made within 14 days before the payment date, the standing gift agreement will terminate before the next payment.

Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on your donation via a fixed gift agreement with a payment card.

Danish People's Aid registers information entered in connection with the donation. The information is not disclosed, but Danish People's Aid stores the information for five years in connection with the accounts. Danish People's Aid uses log files on the donation page. The log files are used to register which choices the user makes on the page. When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server at QuickPay, where the information is encrypted.
