Danish People's Aid has a clear ambition to increase Danes' knowledge of first aid and make life-saving skills accessible to everyone. We do this by holding first aid courses and training first aiders, first aid instructors and heart runners.
We are experiencing high demand for our courses and are therefore looking for a committed sales and course secretary who will be a central part of our first aid team.
About the position
You will be the focal point for planning, coordinating and selling our first aid courses. Your everyday life will be very varied, where you will have contact with both companies, public clients and our instructors.
You are motivated by providing a high level of service, have an eye for detail and maintain the big picture in a busy everyday life. You see opportunities for upselling and advise customers on the solutions that best suit their needs.
Your tasks are:
- Sales and advice on first aid courses for companies and organizations.
- Planning and coordination of course activities.
- Booking instructors and venues
- Customer contact via phone and email.
- Preparation of offers and follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Administration of course participants and course certificates.
- Ensure a professional customer experience from first contact to completed course.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of administrative processes.

- Has experience in course administration, customer service and sales
- Is structured and can maintain an overview - even when the pace is high.
- Is service-minded and thrives with a broad range of contacts.
- Works independently and takes responsibility for your tasks.
- Have the desire and ability to have several different work tasks and at the same time also grasp what comes in from the side.
- Can work independently, but is never afraid to spar or ask for help when there are challenges.
- Communicates professionally and courteously in Danish - both orally and in writing.
- Are familiar with Microsoft 365 and Excel and have knowledge of conference manager, or are willing and able to learn new programs
