We are looking for a manager who is passionate about management and has a solid professional understanding of first aid, first responders and emergency response. At the same time, you must be willing to think about development and see the opportunities to strengthen and further develop our business in the first aid area. An important focus area in the coming years will also be to ensure that people who live in vulnerable situations are also included in both local social emergency response and the overall national emergency response.

As our new manager, you will be responsible for four employees and will be part of a management group with five other managers. You will have a central role in the organization and great opportunity to set direction, take initiative and influence the development of your area.

What is the task?

As head of first aid, Samaritans and social emergency services, you will have overall responsibility for the area and must manage the employees, ensure professional quality and drive the development of our first aid service.

Your main tasks will be to:

• lead, develop and motivate the team's employees
• set direction and ensure high professional quality within first aid, Samaritans and social preparedness
• develop our first aid business, including new offers, customers and collaborations
• develop and quality assure courses, education programs and concepts
• act as a teacher and contribute to the development of our instructor team
• follow professional developments in first aid, Samaritans and emergency response
• Actively contribute to the overall development of the organization as part of the management team.

Who are you?

You are first and foremost a skilled leader who can create direction, commitment and results together with others. At the same time, you have a strong professional profile within first aid and can function as a trustworthy professional sparring partner.

We imagine that you:

• has a health professional background perhaps specializing in the social and/or welfare area
• has strong skills in first aid and experience as an instructor - preferably as an instructor trainer
• has understanding and knowledge about Samaritans and emergency response
• have business understanding and a desire to develop and grow our first aid business
• think strategically and politically while maintaining closeness to professionalism and daily operations.
